Darius Alexander, hailing from Fort Wayne, Indiana, is a talented football player who currently plays as a Defensive Tackle for the University of Toledo. Standing tall at 6 feet 4 inches and weighing 305 pounds, Darius possesses both the size and skill to dominate on the field. As a Junior, he is an integral part of the team and continues to showcase his abilities.
Darius made a notable impact during the 2022 season, appearing in 13 games and earning a starting position in one. He recorded an impressive 21 tackles, including 7.0 tackles for loss (TFL). Notably, he achieved a career high of five tackles, coupled with a remarkable 2.5 TFL, in a game against Western Michigan. Additionally, Darius contributed three tackles and one TFL against Ohio State, as well as three tackles, 0.5 TFL, and two breakups versus Kent State.
