It\u2019s called Friends of Rocky, referencing the school\u2019s mascot, and it will support Toledo Rocket athletics. Friends of Rocky has a board of directors, while Toledo businessman\u00a0<b>Cleves Delp<\/b>\u00a0will chair the collective.<\/p>\n<p>The group said it\u2019s hoping to set the market rate for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/nil\/news\/what-are-nil-collectives-and-how-do-they-operate\/\"><span class=\"s1\">collectives<\/span><\/a>\u00a0in the MAC. For now, that going rate appears to be $1 million a year. It\u2019s not a small number by any means.
